To our sessions I bring my whole toolbox of understanding the mind, transforming the emotions, healing body, mind and Soul with Reiki, tuning forks or meditation, guiding with intuition and my shamanic perspective.

Energy healing
In my energy healing practice I integrate Reiki, Biofield tuning and Sound Healing with tuning forks, BioGeometry, Aroma therapy, Light Language and an intuitive reading of your energy field.

We all have blocked energy in our system due to unhealed trauma, transgenerational wounds or toxic environment. Most of my clients are struggling, because they are ready to raise their frequency, but these blocks are holding them back.
​
Usually a few healing sessions are enough to locate and release these emotional blockages and you will feel more balanced and more in the flow - both energetically, emotionally and physically.
​
As we both open up to receiving harmonizing energy during the session and as I consciously and gently enter your energy field, we both will have intuitive insights that often help the healing become more conscious and therefore more long-lasting.
​
A session always starts with a brief discussion about your problem and after the attunement, we share again what we experienced and realised in this special open space. I find this an extremely powerful way of working with and processing information.
Intuitive Guidance
As a channel and an intuitive, I tune into the energy field of a person or of the Cosmos and I bring down information from other entities.
​
I use different methods to get information about people and their potential timelines:
* If you are ready to open your energy field during relaxation, I can read directly from your field what lies ahead of you.
* I channel information from your Higher Self or other entities with the help of my Higher Self and answer questions that you are inquiring about. I do this channeling in writing.
* I can use tools like visual cards (Tarot and Oracle) or dowsing pendulum to guide you at crossroads in a live session.

I've been using these qualities and messages to guide my community who have always found it very helpful to understand what lies in their potential and how the collective energies are unfolding in their individual and interpersonal lives. ​It is truly empowering to see that you are aligned with the Cosmos and to get answers from your Higher Self.
​
It is important to understand that I'm only a facilitator in these sessions. You and your Intuition are doing the work here. I share my messages and you take what resonates and leave what doesn't, and even more importantly, YOU make the decisions with FREE WILL. It is up to you what you create from this information and potential.

Natural Remedies
17 years ago, when my first child was born gentle medicine entered my life and changed my perspective forever. Since then this beautiful world of natural healing has opened up to me even more. I've been passionately learning about and practicing with herbs, essential oils and homeopathic remedies and have used them to support the natural healing processes of the body and the energetic system.
